This week’s story comes from West Sand Lake, New Your, Where a bored Laura Palladino was watching a Live Stream of Ethel the Pig, at home in her Barn. When all of a sudden, Ethel bumped into a headlamp and the barn caught on fire! Laura was the only person watching from over 80 miles away as fire enveloped the barn. She first called the farm but no answer, she called 9-1-1 and then the farm again, finally getting a hold of the farmer just in time for him to rescue Ethel. Laura watched on Live Stream as farmer Josh Vicks busted in and took the pig to safety. Ethel is fine and unshaken by the ordeal, and farmer Josh has promised to name Ethel’s first piglet after Laura as a thank you for being a hero.
